The Royal Mansions Resort has recently undergone refurbishment and offers an outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi and a safe. Facilities at the resort include a bbq/picnic area, laundry facilities and a terrace.

Our Continental breakfast is complimentary. It is offered everyday from 6:00 am to 9:00 am (Monday - Friday) and 7:30 am to 9:30 am (Saturday and Sunday). There are many restaurants close by such as McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, and Zachary's, a local Greek/American restaurant that serves breakfast. A little further are also some other local and chain breakfast restaurants like Denny's, IHOP, Bagel Paradise, and Dunkin Donuts to name a few.
What transport is available to get around?
There are shuttle / cab companies in the area that offer transportation to and from our area to the airport, etc.
What can I do nearby?
We are only two miles north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. Within a mile there is a mini golf/go-cart/arcade center called Jungle Village a great for adults and children. Also available at the port are charters for deep sea fishing and parasailing. Within 30 minutes is the local Brevard County Zoo. There are plenty of shopping opportunities as well. Of course, the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, a mall in Merritt Island which is about 15 minutes away, and about 20 minutes away is Cocoa Village which offers many unique independent shops.
